I had a wonderful experience from the time I called to make the appointment until the time I opened the door to leave. They are professional and amazing artists. My nails came out better than I expected. Thank you so much!!
Went in for a full set for my step daughter and to see if they could fix my HORRIBLE set I had from a DIFFERENT shop. My step daughters nailed turned out exactly how she wanted and they were able to fix mine without having to soak my old ones off. I will definitely be returning.
Yesterday I got my nails done at another nail place. I was upset with how they turned out so I called City Nails and Spa to get an appointment for today. They asked me everything I wanted and understood my being upset about my nails from the other place. I walked in the morning and they were so nice and professional. I had Flora and she explained everything she was doing so I wasn’t confused and wasn’t wondering what was going on. She was very sweet and we had good conversation. She did an incredible job on my nails and I am so happy with them. I will definitely go back to see her.
