The owner was absolutely wonderful & made her feel so comfortable, cracking jokes with her, & making sure she was well taken care of! She was all smiles the whole time even through her tears! Everything was VERY CLEAN & VERY STERILIZED. He made sure he opened all new packaging infront of me, explained exactly how to take care of her ears for the next 6 months & was very thorough with everything. She was so excited, just filled with joy! She flaunted her earrings around to everyone she saw! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
