The service has been good; I'd say about a five star level (just outside of Sterling, fwiw). But the responsiveness to communication, and communication in general, is all but nothing.... zero star level. I wish Google could parse the two out so the feedback to AM could be targeted and specific.
I'd suggest text alerts for service notifications, such as holiday reminders and severe weather delays. Not everyone has Facebook, nor should it be a requirement to have service or communications regarding service.

Previously would've been a 5, but we haven't had a pick up in 2 weeks going on 3 now. We have auto draft so can't say we didn't pay. I have called several times and still waiting.

Hard to get excited about garbage service — but A.M. Disposal does their job well, consistently, and without issues, which is honestly all you can ask for. They’ve always been reliable and easy to work with. Appreciate the solid service.
