I honestly don’t know what we would have done without the incredible office staff at Visiting Angels in Springfield. From the very first call, they treated our family with such kindness and compassion. They didn’t just listen they truly heard us and understood what we were going through. And i cant thank them enough.

When my father needed care at home, Kassey and her team did a fine job of finding us the right caregiver. It's been a few years now, and we are still able to keep Dad at home. Visiting Angels handles the scheduling efficiently, and is flexible when we need to change hours due to doctor appointments; sometimes at the last minute which is greatly appreciated. Thumbs up to Visiting Angels in Springfield!
