Vanhuss did my concrete driveway in September of 2018. Here are some pictures of some of the hairline cracks in the driveway. There are more hairline cracks than are shown in these pictures.Concrete will harden and concrete will crack. The joints are made so that the concrete will hopefully crack there and not elsewhere. These joints are all 3/4 of an inch deep rather than the recommended 1 1/2 inches for a 6 inch pour. Before I had this done I should have checked a little more on the professionalism of the contractor.

I just had my old driveway removed and a new driveway by VanHuss Custom Concrete. They had to remove the old concrete driveway then widened the driveway to a double. Grading and leveling was accomplished and the new concrete poured. We are now in the curing stage of the concrete. The job looks fantastic. The workers were friendly. They are very good about cleaning up and removing debris. The total project took only 3 days from start to finish. Their bid was $2000 cheaper than the next one . Quality service with quality product.

This company did a concrete driveway for me in September of 2018. There are over 60 feet of hairline cracks in my driveway already. The control joints were made 3/4 of an inch rather than the recommended 1 1/2 inch depth for a 6 inch slab. Consequently, the joints are too strong and do not crack before the slab.
