I recently online shopped from a site I haven’t used before. The garment fit me perfectly—too perfectly. Tham agreed, there was no room for me to eat or my weight to fluctuate. She did a beautiful job taking out the sides, now I feel beautiful and comfortable wearing my dress. Tham also worked with me on pick up day when I was running late from work and her shop had already closed. Thank you Tham! Excellent skill work, pricing, and customer service!

Absolutely love this lady. Every time i have a job for her she gets it done. If theirs a deadline she makes sure to get it done before it. She is very sweet and kind. I recommend her services to all my friends as i have developed arthritis young and im not able to sew for them anymore. Her pricing is very reasonable if not a little too reasonable. Her business is clearly the superior alterations business in springfield

I just picked up my dress for a wedding I’m in and I’m SO impressed and grateful. When my dress arrived from an online store it was very late and very large. With less than a week to spare, I called Thams on a Saturday, got in that Monday and she had it done by Wednesday! I needed to leave for the wedding by Thursday so this was a RUSH job and she was clearly busy. Nevertheless, the quality and pricing of her work is SPECTACULAR.
