Had a great experience working with Sutton's, very professional and extraordinarily helpful in working with my insurance company to make sure I got what I needed to afford my roof replacement. Would highly recommend to anyone who needs roof-work done!
The staff, from contractors to office staff, are all very polite and friendly. The salesman, Mike McCormick, got everything set up for us and checked on the status of the project and how happy we were with the work multiple times through the project which really told me that they cared about more than just getting a paycheck from me. They put a lot of effort into making sure the work was done correctly and that we were happy with it when all was said and done. The only complaint I really had was there was a lack of communication in a few situations but it never caused any real issues and calling their main office or messaging Mike got us up to speed right away.

Andy is always great to work with! I trust him when we need something completed. Brian did a wonderful job. We love how the windows and new front door look. Love our house again.? Thanks Phil G. for sending us in the right direction. The Sutton Family is a great organization that truly operates like a family.
