Had six pieces of clothing dry cleaned. All were favorite “dressy” clothing that were worn to weddings or parties. All were beautifully cleaned, finished and prepared for pickup.I was initially impressed by the friendly service. Then the timeliness of the completed service plus receiving text info. I use them i believe since 2003 when i moved in the area. my special old comforter always clean to store for the summer and winter coat too. Todd brought the comforter to me one year, i do not live in Springfield, when i had a tough time.Kate has always been a great help.Services: Delivery

This dry cleaners is convenient, with their drive thru feature. I do not have to get out of my car to drop off or pick up my cleaning. The clerks are always courteous and friendly. I did recently drop off a medium weight, hip-length coat to be dry cleaned. It had a small rip starting in the lining, I noticed. It was only about 1" long. I asked if they did repairs and pointed out the small rip in the lining, and was told they did not do any repairs. And, I just picked up my coat, and they did a beautiful job, as usual cleaning it. It seemed a little pricey compared to what it usually cost to clean that same coat in the past. But, prices are higher everywhere these days....read full review
