It takes along time to get through on the phone to only leave a message and if receive a call back if at all always took weeks. Was initially told at appts there was nothing wrong with me. Then the orders called in didnt have a doctor name on it. Communications does not exists
Yesterday, I had a pleasant visit with Dr. Jordan Sestak Bruce because I was so impressed with the treatment of my left leg which she administered. Before meeting with a doctor, her nurse was so friendly. Staff in the neurology department were friendly.
In all my years of dealing with doctors, no one--and I mean NO ONE has ever viewed me as an actual person before Dr Monn in Urology. She's easily one of the most caring people I've ever met.5 stars for her, but I sadly must take away two for whomever is in charge of answering phones there. Every time I've called in, it's taken over a half hour on hold.
