New to the area.First visit for my dog. The doctor was super friendly and took her time with us. Very thorough with my dog. I even toured their kennels and booked it for later this year. Friendly, clean, prices are about the same as every other vet. This one was chosen because of proximity to my house. Great choice for me and my pet.

I have used Sangamon Avenue Vet Clinic for over 20+ years! They take care of my four-legged friend, so well! Dr. Best and Dr. Smith are simply the best!I also have high regard for the staff at Sangamon Avenue veterinary clinic! What I like about this place is they retain their employees as they grow in education, and they help advance them within the company!They take care of my best friend! And she deserves the best! We were concerned about our dog, and wanted to give her a check up. The receptionist was nice and it was quick, we didn't wait long, and when we were in the room also did not wait long to see the doctor. She and her assistant were so nice, and explained what was going on very clearly, and made it easy to understand. She clearly loves each animal brought to her, and made us feel much more at ease about the whole situation. Thanks doc!
