The evaluation is extensive and the treatment routine is specific to situation, not a one size fits all approach. Compassion and empathy help building trust and knowledge in the field is top notch. Practical goals fit situation and the PT determines exactly which muscles need work, instructing at session. They notice a difference in three weeks, feeling less pain, more comfortable, stronger and more flexible, and continuing therapy will make stronger, more flexible and keep other problems at bay. Discussion of sensitive subjects is not uncomfortable. It is the place to strengthen pelvic floor and core.
