I absolutely love going to Peace, Love & Sweat! I was honestly skeptical at first about the light therapy, but after experiencing a specific light and seeing how it made me feel… I am officially hooked.
The staff is incredibly helpful with just about any request and so knowledgeable about the sauna and therapies. You can tell they truly care.

I scheduled a sauna right before a winter storm rolled in. On the drive over, I passed several vehicles in the ditch and thought, there’s no way they’re open. But when I arrived, I was greeted with a warm smile and my sauna was ready to go. Forty-five minutes of pure bliss followed. Huge shoutout to Peace, Love, & Sweat for delivering such a perfect escape. Highly recommend this little sanctuary! 🫶🏽
