I absolutely love going to Peace, Love & Sweat! I was honestly skeptical at first about the light therapy, but after experiencing a specific light and seeing how it made me feel… I am officially hooked. The staff is incredibly helpful with just about any request and so knowledgeable about the sauna and therapies. You can tell they truly care. Safe to say I’m upgrading my membership to 2x a week now! 🔥✨
I scheduled a sauna right before a winter storm rolled in. On the drive over, I passed several vehicles in the ditch and thought, there’s no way they’re open. But when I arrived, I was greeted with a warm smile and my sauna was ready to go. Forty-five minutes of pure bliss followed. Huge shoutout to Peace, Love, & Sweat for delivering such a perfect escape. Highly recommend this little sanctuary! 🫶🏽
This sauna studio is absolutely amazing. It’s super clean, friendly staff, and they offer not only sauna sessions, but cold plunge too! They also have yummy drinks and sell great little gifts! The space is beautiful and relaxing. A definite must!
