After an unfortunate series of events out of the floral shop's control, the owner and operator took great care of me as a customer. Personally ensured all the necessary items were delivered, and added in a few pieces to add for the inconvenience. Luxe Floral went above and beyond to meet my demands and needs. 10/10 experience. Highly recommend it for the care, clarity, and customer service provided.

I’m in a long distance relationship and was nervous sending flowers. Luxe Floral was amazing made sure everything was perfect sent me pictures before sending and was every personal and made sure to get them to her just when I needed 1000% recommend. Such a beautiful arrangement and my girlfriend loved them.
