Honest Feedback for Rochester Location

The following review contains my opinions, I am not an expert in construction. This also contains personal experiences, these experiences are truthful.

The Downsides:

Construction Quality: The construction feels subpar. Breakers trip frequently, and the insulation in rooms with windows is inadequate—in the winter I often have to wear a heavy jacket in my office.

We are a military family who rented through Joyner leasing’s Ash Grove apartments in Springfield Illinois for over a year. They were not helpful when we called about complaints about noisy neighbors. When we moved out they took more than half of our security deposit for unnecessary replacements. They charged us for carpet cleaning when they said it was optional upon moving out and our carpets were spotless. Would not rent through them again!
