Our son was stranded on I-55 mile marker 120 late August 8th. JLR came all the way from Springfield to tow the vehicle and take him to a nearby hotel where he found the last available room due to the State fair. The next week JLR quoted a rebuilt transmission for $2,400. They later found a transmission torque converter for $500.00 and only had to replace this part. With labor and new fluid the total repair only cost 💲1,816.00 or $600.00 less! For a 20 year old car in great shape this was spectacular. Thank you so much JLR! You definitely went above and beyond for a total stranger. Well done!
Fast, friendly service! Called Monday and they worked out a good time for me to drop off the car Tuesday. Got the estimate that day, dropped the car off Thursday evening and Friday they changed the throttle body and oil and got the car back to me Friday afternoon! They were very good about getting it done quickly, working around my schedule and at a reasonable price!
I couldn’t figure out how to fix my windshield wiper arm. I didn’t know anyone to help me. Everywhere I went said I needed either a new nut or the thread was off. After going to several places on a rainy day, I was referred to this place. Not only did he just come out and fix my windshield wiper, but he was also very generous. Now I won’t go anywhere else but here for every auto need I have. When people are just helpful out of the kindness of their heart- they deserve the best to come their way.
