I moved into a new house recently and discovered it had flooding problems along the basement walls as well as a French drain that needed to be installed in front of my basement door. Lorenzo was easy to get a hold of and answered all of my questions with enthusiasm. He came for an inspection right away and was very personable, knowledgeable, and up front. His guys came to my house in Petersburg to do a bunch of underground irrigation work and the French drain. We couldn’t believe how quick it was done — all in one day. They even covered over a drainage trench that I had dug myself before they came. Extremely satisfied with their job. Thanks again!

Bought a house that obviously had previous water issues in the finished basement, so the first repair we contracted was waterproofing. Lorenzo is a likeable guy and was cheaper than Greentree, so we went with him. The first big rain, there was a large amount of water in the basement. He sent a couple of guys out three times since then - each time without any sense of urgency - and the issue is still not fixed. He now says his system is not the problem - it was apparently an unseen issue that is the problem and that I will need to hire someone else to fix it.
