HSHS St. John's Pavilion is an amazing place for health needs. The staff and nurses are super amazing, wonderful, and go above and beyond. They are very informational and provide amazing customer service from reception to the cafeteria. They work hard to make patients, including children, feel happy, comfortable, and like part of their family. The doctors are great and very nice. There is good communication between the staff, who bend over backward for patients. It is highly recommended for any procedures.

Just left this place with our son (2) who had to have surgery. The customer service was amazing from the reception desk, nurses, cafeteria staff and everyone in between. It's hard to make a 2 year old be cooperative and not scared and all the nurses made sure to go above and beyond to make him happy and comfortable. Plus they seem to have a good communication program set up between staff.
the staff there go overboard to make you feel comfortable while you're being taken care of I highly recommend if you need any procedures any doctors or anything like that that you go to hshs they bend over backward to make you feel like you are a part of their family
