Stacey at the Octavus location is nothing short of AMAZING. I got a terrible haircut at a barber down the street from this location. They left strands of longer hair and took a significant chunk of hair out of one side. They also shaved the sides down to the skin. They offered to fix it but I did not trust them to be able to.
I immediately went to Great Clips hoping to get the chunk fixed but imaging it was too short to make it look like anything I would be happy with. Not only did Stacey completely blend the chunk, she fixed the long strands and other spots I did not notice. Rico was PHENOMENAL. My grandma sings his praises all the time and I finally brought my son in to get his haircut with his first design and Rico made the experience perfect. Patient, great with kids, made sure my son was comfortable and did the cut exactly how I wanted it. Couldn’t be happier
Melanie Thornton is great and very professional she is the only one besides Rico I will let cut my hair or beard she is very professional good at what she does and all around a great person thanks a lot Melanie keep up the good work
