I am very pleased with my recent appointments at the Springfield office, the techs were so kind! I’ve struggled with dry eyes for a while now and Dr Oberreiter and Dr Hendricks both truly seem like they care and took the time to listen to my concerns. It’s so nice to finally feel relief with the drops they gave me! I will be returning soon for my full eye exam.

The VA sent me here as a part of their Community Care Program after I broke my glasses and was unable to get a timely appointment at the VA in Bloomington, Decatur, or Danville. I was honestly a little nervous about trying somewhere new — after all, I’ve been wearing glasses since I was 2 years old, and it usually takes a lot to impress this Gen Xer. But let me tell you, Gaily Eye Clinic here in Springfield really exceeded my expectations!

I went to Gailey for the first time since I switched insurance and my eye doctor didn't take it. Hands down the best provider!!! She spend so much time with me and listened to my concerns. Not to mention she already had an idea what was going on just by everything her tech had did with me and the paperwork I filled out.. when I tell you she did more testing and exams on me then my old old eye doctor ever had and explained everything. She gave me my diagnosis and said this is what we are going to need to do and then see me back in one month. She also said I need to send this to your other 3 providers so we can see how they want to be involved as well. I will definitely... read full review
