I had a very good experience with Mike at Easterday Plumbing in Springfield, Illinois. He had to come out three times because of the different situations I was dealing with. He was so kind, helpful, and patient with my many questions and concerns. I felt he really wanted me to be happy with and confident in his suggestions and work. I had loud drips inside the toilet tank and it was running on and on. He could have charged me alot more to fix the problem but in reality it wasn't that much. I am very impressed with service and will call them again if i need to.
