Kirk is awesome. I called him to see if they do the electrostatic sanitizing for residential areas and he said no, but then asked about the backstory and why I needed the service. I explained that my sister just received an organ transplant and infection is a high risk. She had been worried to tears about leaving the hospital because she and my mom had both been in St. Louis for over 40 days and the house had been left alone for most of it. Kirk said in this situation he would just send one of his guys to my mom's house and they would "take care of us." I was overwhelmed with gratitude! Not only were they going to do the service, but he sent Tim over SAME DAY. Within the hour, even. Tim was amazing and so kind to my brother. As he left, he said he and his family would be praying for ours. I cannot put into words how difficult the transplant process has been on my sister and my family, so the kindness these men and their company showed us meant more than they will ever know. I highly recommend this company for not only the service they offer, which was fast and green so my brother could re-enter just 10 minutes after they finished (other companies said it would be an hour and we would have to wipe down all of our surfaces afterward because their spray leaves a film), but for the way they do business: human to human.
