The moment I walked in the door, I was greeted with a smile and Riley offered to take my coat and show me around her gorgeous salon. She was patient, kind & above all listened to me. I'm sad to be writing this but I will no longer be giving my services to them. First off Riley is unprofessional. I asked about bangs and she told me i would look like i have a Mullet. Honestly that is so unprofessional. Also, I lost my job due to COVID my last check is Dec 2nd. My appointment was for today Nov 19th. I asked if they could work with me to where I can pay on the 2nd. They said no they don't accept that anymore because people in the past haven't paid. I stay true to my word and its sad that they don't have enough trust in me to make that payment.
