This was my second visit to Bard Optical, and it is always a great experience. Staff was very courteous and extremely helpful and supportive. The ophthalmologist (i wish I could remember his name) was communicative, knowledgeable, and very kind over all. You can also tell everyone loved their job so that always makes for an even more pleasurable experience! I was in and out relatively quick even with talking to the staff for a bit.

The lady at the front was super nice and all smiles. My daughter loved her. The other people where all very nice and professional. Also my insurance covered all but $9.51 just wanted to add that after reading others reviews.
Out of my 20 years of wearing glasses this was the best experience. They didn't just check to see what prescription I needed for my glasses. They looked to make sure my eyes themselves where in the top shape. I know I will not stay in the Springfield area forever, but while I'm here this will be the only place that I go too. The doctors where wonderful and the receptionist was nice?
