My wife picked up her glasses Wednesday. November 29th, she really loves them. And thank you so much for taking care of her and for telling us how to get an earlier appointment. By calling after 5 to see if there were cancelations. God bless you for having medicaid and helping people who can no longer afford. To buy expensive glasses.
My first visit I went to look at frames but really wanted to use a frame I already had, but could not find. Ava was very pleasant and put all my info in the computer. I went back with my frames and Natalie helped my through the process. She was very pleasant and eager to help. I enjoyed my business at Bard! I went back to pick my glasses up and again was met with friendliness and courtesy! THANK YOU!
