Clean and organized office with kind and experienced staff. The doctor did a great job with my exam, the front desk staff were very helpful, and specifically Lori the technician was extremely knowledgeable and took a lot of time to explain the tests administered and made me feel at ease. I would certainly recommend this clinic.
Great place, and very busy! Rec'd a thorough testing/examination, the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable, and everyone was so nice and accommodating. Glad I chose this Bard's location!
Our 6 yr old twins required eye exams per some IL statute for school. My wife said the staff and optometrist/ophthalmologist were wonderful with the kids! Everyone was super helpful, kind, and patient. Thank you all SO much for making their first eye exam a pleasant experience. Appreciate everyone involved in their appointments today.
