If u are not Caucasian do not waste your time had 2 conversations over the phone about getting my brake line fixed he was the nicest person in the world as soon as I pulled in I could tell I was given off negative energy by both people standing at the door and was instantly told he decided he did not feel like dealing with it never again

Call him up to ask a couple of questions about my car and he was very rude to me on the phone. I asked him if he charged for estimates and he said what the hell am I looking at exactly, I told him the brakes mainly, he told me estimates vary and he still didn't know what the hell he be looking at, I just said thanks for the info and hung up. Not very professional when talking like that to someone that coulda been a potential customer
