I haven't personally spoken to the owner or really have no clear way to contact him/her. Not sure how long the agency has been open but there is room for improvement as it relates to their communication with their clients and families. It's hard getting in contact with someone . Homemakers are okay just need to improve on the running of the agency and ability to talk with office staff.
