When calling to make an appointment for this place. Noone picks up and so I drive there and the stylists says that they are booked for the day and to come back the next day. You would think they would at least leave an answering message or pick up the phone or have an assistant to pick up the phone to inform potential customers. Not good for business.

I had an appointment at 8am on a Saturday morning and the place never opened. When I called the person on the phone told me she "overslept" and asked if I could reschedule. I of course didn't because it was obvious that the place was poorly ran and I would trust them.Service: Haircut
