I've been a steady customer of this friendly, family-owned business for more than 15 years. Over this time, I've used specialty services such as cleaning area rugs and altering suits. Never have I ever been treated with anything resembling rudeness, and I simply must conclude the other reviewer's views are aberrant and mean-spirited.
