9/30/23: UPDATE. WE FILED A LAWSUIT AGAINST THIS SCAMMER, CONAN BUSTOS AND THE JUDGE HAS AWARDED US A JUDGMENT. HE HAS NEVER APPEARED. HE HAS NOT PAID A SINGLE PENNY. TAKING FURTHER STEPS TO GO AFTER THIS SCAMMER. DO NOT HIRE, YOU WILL REGRET IT. IT HAS BEEN OVER A YEAR FOR THIS NIGHTMARE!! STAY AWAY!!THIS SHOULD BE A RATING LESS THAN ONE STAR!! Conan Bustos and his partner, Ashley will take your money!! They only did 1/10th of the job we agreed upon. Our kitchen is demolished. We signed our contract on July 11 for kitchen remodel and flooring. they did flooring but incomplete and installed lighting but also incomplete. asked for total of 80% payment (to our disadvantage)....read full review
Believe all the 1 star review you read here and stay away! They gave us the lowest estimate out of all the other places and now we finally know why. After taking our money, he was never on-site and when we confront him with any issues, he would always come up with bunch of excuses. The subcontractors he hired were drinking on the job, put holes on our walls, dirtied our basement, left our front door unlocked without telling us, damaged our garage door, caused a leak on our pipe and now we are left dealing with demolition repair because of that leak. I agree with the other review. They are trash and will scam you. Went almost two months for a patio. Left trash in my yard. They butchered my back yard. After second opinion i was told it has to be totally redone. They will not show up and will tell you they have personal problems. Install different color brick and say its ok. Verify their insurance as they committed fraud. Their contracts of from google. Not professional at all and does not pay his workers. If i could give negative stars i would. In the process of a lawsuit also. I will post pictures soon.
