Extremely happy! Our garage door spring broke last night so we called a few companies that ended up being very shady. Called Metro East Overhead Doors today at 10:20am and our garage was up and running before noon! D and his technician even went above and beyond by greasing the track (??) and adjusting one of the sides. The price was very fair. I would 100% recommend metro east based on their professionalism, friendliness, communication, quality of Service and price. For any future repairs or even upgrades to our garage door, D & Metro East will be my first choice. Added pics of before and after for reference.

I am very pleased with the quick response time and the quality of work. The coil on my garage door broke and Dee was able to respond in less than 24 hours to fix it. The technicians were friendly and efficient, and it was a fair price. I highly recommend!
