“I first went to ORA they were very unorganized, and treated me like a customer. The Dr. seemed very annoyed that I had questions during his little spiel. They spelled my name wrong, sent the wrong spelling to my insurance company which delayed my MRI approval, despite the fact that I told 4 different individuals that they had spelled it wrong, and it still wasn't fixed. I even personally corrected it on all the paperwork with a note that they had spelled it wrong.

Dr. Moe and the entire staff treated me like a patient, not a customer, and actually showed me my MRI, and explained it in great detail. As much money as I paid for it I wanted to see it, even though I have no idea what I'm looking at, I still just wanted to see it. He was also very informative, and not annoyed that I had questions.

I would highly recommend the office to anyone and everyone. Stay away from the other places. I wish I would have went here first.“
