Wife was stretchered out of the house, driven to the hospital, dropped off, because she was experiencing an episode of fainting, hyperventilating, and loss of function. When they discharged her, her heart rate read as 56 BPM, and proceeded to say the cause was, Nausea. No. Wife has had a prior surgery of chiari malformation, to relieve blood pressure and oxygen in New York, however it seems Genesis thinks it's nausea. If you need somewhere to go Urgently, do not come here anymore, there's a reason they have a bad reputation.
I waited over 3 hours with my 8-year-old child, who had a foot injury, and we were never called back. During that time, at least five other people left because they had already been waiting over 5 hours with no updates.
We eventually had to leave and took my daughter to Ora the next morning, where we were told she had a broken heal and needed a cast. This was not a minor issue, and the lack of timely care and communication was extremely disappointing—especially for a child in pain.

Your emergency room department SUCKS you people over look everything and when I mean everything not doing blood work and seeing what’s actually wrong instead of helping them , you pump them full of medications through an iv it took me 10 times and 6 er visits to find out what’s wrong with me from your mess up and not listening and giving me an injection in my arm you guys are terrible in my opinion now I have to suffer because you didn’t want to do blood work or any kind of testing
