The receptionist told us that it was "illegal" to order a six month supply of contacts. It's not illegal, it's against their office policy, so they didn't authorize our prescription when it was verified by the retailer. We can only make one insurance claim a year for contacts so their policy and our insurance are not compatible. Instead of explaining that the receptionist used what I would consider scare tactics saying it is "illegal". We'll be finding a new doctors office.

I very much enjoy getting my eyecare from Dr. Jacobsen. She's very pleasant and answers all my questions and does a very thorough job. Very little wait time. Very pleased. Have been going for many years.

Dr. Jacobsen and her staff sincerely show the care of their patients where they make you feel like family. I especially appreciate their patience and TLC they show for my elderly mother at her appts.
