Called about a non operational hot tub, very responsive and communication is top notch. Arrived the next day and were able to quickly determine problem. Hot tub was up and running again. Will use again for any future hot tub issues.Thank!

The HomeTown Hot Tubs crew was very easy to work with and did everything that they said they would. They were quick to remove our old hot tub and deliver & setup our new one. Thanks guys!

The customer service with this place is off the charts good. Highly recommended for anyone who is looking for a tub that comes with guaranteed service when needed. I’ve had mine for several years now and the guys have always taken care of me.
