Palm Beach Tan is a well-equipped tanning salon with high-quality sunbeds, spray tanning booths, and a variety of tanning and skin care products. The staff is friendly, helpful, and provides great customer service. They maintain a clean environment, sanitizing the beds and keeping the salon tidy. However, some reviewers have experienced issues with bed maintenance, such as broken or out-of-order equipment. Despite this, the salon is generally well-regarded for its welcoming atmosphere and affordable membership options, starting at under $14.95 a month. With convenient locations, including in Shiloh, Palm Beach Tan is a recommended spot for tanning and skin care needs.
I have been to palm beach a few times while visiting the area and I am always impressed with the quality and care of the place. The people are always super nice and helpful as well. Someone I seem to bump into a lot is Allie. She is always helpful, whether she is finding me something to try or just chit chatting with me. She never fails to make me smile. I am also super grateful for the manager at this location. I will be visiting again!
The staff here is great and lots of help. I recommended a lot of my family to check out this business. And thank you to the employees Tessa and Hailey for helping me figure out what was best needed for me.
All the ladies at Palm Beach Tan are always so friendly and knowledgeable! A special thank you to Alexis for her help with a recent product purchase. I really appreciate the great customer service! ☀😊
