I’ve been coming to this location for a couple months now and the ladies that work there are always so nice and friendly. They do an exceptional job at sanitizing the beds and keeping the place tidy. Seriously, great customer service.The reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that there is always a bed broken down, or either some of the bulbs are out in some of the beds, or music not working in some of the beds. Additionally, one of the spray tanners has been down awhile.Also, they have only had their [very expensive] brand of lotions and products in stock the last few weeks, which has been a bummer.Overall, I would still recommend this location.Services: Spray tanning

I have been a big fan for years, but lately I have been annoyed. 2 recent weekends in they have closed early on none holidays no notice before the closing time.I have been a member for years, and so is my gf. If this is how they will be doing business I’ll be canceling asap. And I won’t be sending anyone else as I’ve send and can name at least 30-40 members I’ve brought in to this business lap.I don’t respect lazy. Yes, I’m in front of the door your closed before 8pm again. Mistakes happen, but lazy is now my label for the new team.

absolutely a customer service blessing! so friendly and genuinely helpful. will be a lifetime member for sure! as for the other reviews, the beds are very clean, the bulbs have been changed regularly, and the floors have all been clean everytime i go in there. so stop griping and tell it how it is, not based on your mood at the time.Services: Sunbed tanning
