Every tech has been wonderful and knowledgeable. We’ve only had the pleasure of speaking with Dr Bri, but we cannot sing her praises more. She has taken the time to explain things to us in detail and has never made us feel unintelligent. You can tell that every person employed there is there because they love their jobs, they love their patients, and they are genuinely compassionate. Do not hesitate to take your pet here. “I have drop off my cat Eren here for two weeks. When I came back he was well fed (got a little chubbier). The staff is reliable, friendly, and always pick up the phone when I called to check in on Eren. However, his paws were dirty which made me wonder if he was in his litter box most of the time. Overall, I do recommend the place.”
