I was so impressed with Rich’s, they came all the way to our house to look at our fireplace that did not need to be serviced and they were more than fair to us. They took time to explain everything to us and did not try to take advantage of us in anyway (which they definitely could have due to the lack of knowledge we had regarding our fireplace). I would definitely recommend this chimney company over any other!!!
Very good job. Very much appreciated their work. We have been having our chimney cleaned by them yearly since 2004. Their cleanup is really good and the fireplace is ready for another winter. Highly recommend.
