An exceptional experience in every way. While our master bathroom shower remodeling project was small compared to other projects Villa Construction & Development does, they made us feel as if our project was top priority. Exceptional craftsmanship, attention to detail, cleanup every day as the work was done. Protective plastic and covering for the bathroom floor, bedroom and stairs was thoughtfully placed. The owner came by regularly to check on progress and kept making additional suggestions to enhance the project, but wouldn't make it any additional cost. Would highly recommend Villa construction for any remodeling/construction work. Greg and his entire team are highly professional, knowledgeable, and experienced. They completed an entire balcony remodel along with a dry out/mold remediation that I had at my property. They completed the project in a thorough and timely manner, while walking me through the details of the project and answering any questions that I had.
