Dr. L and her team are welcoming, warm, amazing, thoughtful, and thorough! I just started going a few weeks ago post-trauma and have been getting lots of advice, explanations, therapy, and support. Sure the costs are mostly out of pocket, but in general insurance is a scam and the only real services you get something out of are mostly NOT covered! I've been seeing Dr. Lorenzana for almost 20 years. I absolutely love her! She uses advanced technology, and you can ask her any question... about a machine, your eyes... and she'll patiently explain everything. She remembers things about your personal life and will ask about it. The past several years the doctor has had students doing rotations at her location and they learn a lot from her (that's what they tell me). She is also bilingual -- English and Spanish.
I recommend EVERYONE to come here for their eye exam and therapies if needed.
What a journey - When I first walked into Dr. Lorenzana's office I was experiencing dizziness to the point I could barely see, walk, speak, think, sit, stand, eat and the list goes on.. I left that day with hope to improve. My prescription that I got elsewhere was way too high and my nervous system was a mess.
