Everything about this place is fantastic. The instructors are awesome! Students of all levels can learn both physical and mental discipline in a caring, supportive environment. The focus here is personal growth where students can work at their own pace to master new skills. My daughter started here and I was so impressed I decided to join and learn at the academy myself. Have been there for 2+ years now and am still excited to go every lesson!

Our two kids have been going to exercise at HMD for more than two years now. They love it so very much. At the end of every session, they come out soaking in sweat. Our son is very shy personally, he is now in the leadership program. He opens up to many events socially such as at church camp playing piano hymns in front of a thousand people! He is 9 years old! I would never dream that. It is all credit to the Grandmaster, master Dan and all staff. Our little girl is 7 years old, and she is a public speaker delivering her presentation of Potassium few weeks ago. She is able to stay still and concentrate on her academics. My son is attending HMD Academy for over a year. The academy is great and the teaching staff is amazing. Alongwith tae kwon do techniques, they also focus on teaching leadership skills, goals, self confidence and discipline.
