“Called for a quote and received in a timely manner. Had a few other companies quote me pricing on buildings. Was going to go with FBI buildings but got a follow up call from Chris with a much more competitive quote (approx $17,000 cheaper).

Ended up last minute changing to Cleary. Felt much better about the folks in their office had a bad experience with FBI salesman Victor. Signed paperwork same day and met with Chris at the Sandwich office the same day I changed my mind. Wrote a check and they scheduled the date for shipment.

Delivery Date moved twice due to trucking issues and weather. Building got delivered to site. I had gravel pad prepped and ready by Hawley concrete.

Building went up quick (approximately 2 weeks) Had a great experience with Josh and Brandon. They worked hard on getting the building up. They went above and beyond also installing Tyvec vapor barrier I had personally purchased.

Very happy with install, my family friends and neighbors love the colors and presentation of the building. Look forward to using Cleary in the future. Start to finish April to June signed contract and building went up.
