Head2Soul offers massage therapy and Reiki. The massage therapist cares about you and your concerns, going the extra mile to understand physical alignments and what is going on mentally that might be pulling you down. The therapist is personable and works with you to help you get the right therapy, including the mental side. The best massages are the cupping massage, and the therapist is a great listener and passionate about making sure you leave feeling better. The first cupping experience is incredibly informative and comfortable during the entire visit.
Her use of cupping during the massage & Reiki during and after are so beneficial. Left the session feeling so relaxed and revived!
Stephanie is an amazing person. I left her place feeling so much more relaxed then I did going in. I recommend her to all my friends. Thank you Stephanie for all that work you did on my back and shoulders.
I had my first appointment with Stephanie last week and it was worth every penny! If you are experiencing chronic pain, she really takes the the time to figure out the cause and release the trigger points. I highly recommend her, I can't wait for my next appointment.
