“I cannot say enough good things about Be Still Wellness Spa!
Kasey is absolutely amazing. I originally went to her for low back pain and a deep tissue massage, and with her PT background, she was able to get my SI joint back in place and significantly improve my lower back. I now see her at least once a month and we’ve started working on my neck, head, and jaw since I tend to hold a lot of stress and tension there. It did take me a little while to fully relax (no fault of Kasey—I just struggle with being touched), but now I truly can relax when I go, which says a lot.
At Kasey’s recommendation and my lupus doctor’s, I also saw Robin for lymphatic drainage. I’ll be honest, after my first session I wasn’t sure what to expect, but after going again a few months later, I noticed a HUGE difference. My fatigue was greatly reduced, I had more energy, and I didn’t feel as puffy.
And I have to mention my favorite—Cally with the head spa. It is absolutely amazing. If you grew up loving having your hair played with, this is for you! I hold so much tension in my head and neck, and I can relax the second the head spa starts. I would go every month if I could!
I’ve also tried the pod (I personally wasn’t a fan, even though I love red light therapy, but don’t let that stop you, I may be the only one!).
The foot detox was interesting, kind of gross but weirdly satisfying and very relaxing. Bonus: no one actually touches your feet.
I haven’t tried the sauna/red light therapy yet because I know I’ll get hooked once I do!
Safe to say, whether they like it or not, they’re stuck seeing me monthly (or more ?).
