My Uncle, a DISABLED VET was ripped off by these scam artists. Paid for a WDI report for my uncle's VA loan. These guys showed up, did the "inspection" then left no paperwork or copy. When contact was made to get a copy we were told "oh he has to sign up for service to get the report". No, Paid for a service you get said service. It's not even legal to not provide the report. Cockroaches started appearing in our bathroom at night, and I needed help fast. This company was able to schedule a same-day appointment. The technician came on time, treated the bathroom, and even checked the kitchen to prevent spreading. He worked quickly but made sure everything was covered.
