Not having much experience with furnace problems, I expected the worst. However, I called Boohers, they immediately sent someone out. He got to my house, diagnosed the problem, went back to the shop to get the new motor I needed, came back to my house, fixed the problem, and was gone, ALL within 40 minutes from the time I called. My central air motor went out on a hot summer day. I called when the office was out on a lunch break and left a message. Got a call back just as soon as the office reopened and was informed that a tech person was in the area and could come right away. He came, diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. The tech was friendly, professional and did a great job! I am so pleased with this company and recommend them to family and friends whenever I can. Excellent!
