“Very prompt response to the issue I was having with sewer backing up, they ended up needing to replace a large portion of my sewer, once the date was set it took them less than a day to complete the job, this included digging up the yard and also replacing a water line. (It was nicked during the digging and the city said that it needed to be changed out because it was galvanized) The job was completed in such a timely professional manner that I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. “I called pretty desperate as we had an underground water leak with water going into our basement; our first bid was astronomical and another plumber couldn't get to us until February. I called on a Wednesday around 1:30 (between Christmas and NY) and someone showed up around 4 that day to look at our problem. Tim showed up the next day before 8AM to look again but wasn't sure when he could work us in. Tim and another plumber showed up the NEXT DAY at 8am to start working and was completed and cleaned up by 12:30 that same day. They were extremely reasonable and very professional. I will go to them all on all future plumbing needs.“
