Where to start haha. Well first of all, the owner yelled at and cussed out my land lord because HIM and HIS WORKERS left nails all over our parking lot and even up on the front porches n sidewalks to the buildings where children live. We had a popped tire because of the nails everywhere, our neighbor had 6 nails in her tire. When confronted about the popped tires the owner simply said " what do you want me to do about it." All in all, would not recommend. Not professional at all, extremely rude, can't roll a magnent over some concrete to pick up their mess.
