The lighting and music in Karith's room are just perfect. She always has the massage table warmed up in the cold weather months. She asks if you want her to focus on any special area and give a thorough, relaxing massage.

Karith was fantastic!! She is extremely skilled & professional & gave me the best massage I've had in years. The level of pain in my upper back & shoulder was about an 8 when I went to her. One day later it's maybe at a 1 or 2 and continuing to improve. Nuff said! :)

Very knowledgeable, personable, and listens to where you’re having issues, as well as finding the ones you didn’t know you had. Gives related self help advice such as stretches, hydration and such to help you help yourself with what’s she’s found and worked on for you.
