Day of homecoming my daughter’s zipper broke on her dress. I was in full panic mode and drove over here to see if they could help. The owner was absolutely wonderful and I haven’t experienced such great customer service ever!! She called her seamstress Sue and had a new zipper in the dress in plenty of time to get ready for the dance. Thank you so much for saving us and we appreciate you so much!!! We will be coming back.

I have used this service to clean my classroom rugs and large pillow for two years. This past May, I dropped them off again and asked for them to be completed in August before the next school year started. So on Aug 5 I came in to retrieve them only to find they have not been cleaned. I was told to come back when the owner comes in after 3 pm, which I did. The owner apologized, owned up to her mistake and told me she wouldn't charge me. That, to me, is a great example of excellent service and someone who wants my business. And she's going to continue to get it. I recommend this business to anyone who needs their stuff professionally cleaned. She does a great job.

I love Sue who does the alterations she has gotten me out of so many predicaments and helped me with my clothing and everybody there is friendly and nice. I go there all the time and I won’t go anywhere else. Susan Fabian
