Bryan was responsive, punctual, knowledgeable, and honest! Let’s face it, I don’t know anything about appliances. He could have told me the binga-ling-ring was broken, and who am I to know any better? He took his time to explain how the oven functions, and why we were having the issue we were. He tested everything out, and it turns out it was an easy, free fix. I appreciate his honesty and valuing our trust in him, rather than looking to make a buck by making something up to repair. I can tell this is an honest company and I will refer all my friends to them!

Pleasant, no nonsense, straight shooter who was efficient AND came out on Labor Day to repair both my washer and dryer even tho it wasn't an emergency. Reasonably priced as well! Thank you Bryan!

We called Bryan for an issue with our dryer timer. He was able to come out within a day, and was able to repair the problem quickly without having to order a new part. We appreciate how quickly he responds and how honest he is about what work is truly necessary! On top of that, his rates are very reasonable. Highly recommend!!
